The Office of Rural Prosperity, in partnership with Kansas Housing Resources Corporation and RDG Planning and Design, is conducting Kansas’ first comprehensive statewide housing study in nearly 30 years. Forums with various stakeholders and in communities throughout the state have been held over the past several weeks in order to understand the housing needs of all Kansans.
We need volunteers to help at the Economy Shop in Beloit. Please consider a donation of your time. The proceeds are used for purchase of equipment and programs at the hospital and RCC, scholarships, and support of Solomon Valley Transportation. Beloit, Kansas – The Mitchell County Recycling Center will be closed on July 3rd in observance of the holiday. The Center will reopen on Saturday, July 17th, from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.
The Recycling Center is located at 1300 N. Walnut Street, and is open the 1st and 3rd Saturdays each month from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
The Mitchell County Recycling Center is operated by OCCK, Inc.
