Dear my Given Grace family,
Thank you for your patience, understanding and loyalty. COVID-19 has impacted everyone, everywhere. Thank you for supporting your local small businesses. Please continue to shop local as we navigate the remainder of 2020 and COVID-19.
Memorial Day – Labor Day Given Grace’s summer hours will be Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm. Daily deliveries will go at 9:30am and 4pm, please take note of these changes and plan accordingly when you order.
Please keep in mind the floriculture industry is feeling the effects of COVID-19. If you are needing a specific flower it is best to order a few weeks early, that will give my wholesalers time to locate it. There is limited product availability and transportation obstacles right now. We all look forward to the floriculture industry running more smoothly in the future months. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work towards that.
Given Grace’s doors are OPEN and we would LOVE to see you! Stop in and say hi, shop around and see what is new!  Please make sure you follow the CDC recommended guidelines to keep us all safe and slow the spread.
As always follow Given Grace on Facebook and Instagram for updates and thank you again for your support!

Salina, Kansas –InMyHome Home Care, a division of OCCK, Inc., is integrating a new comprehensive telehealth solution for high-risk patients in their fifteen county service area in north central Kansas.
With the recent social distancing requirements, additional services and solutions are needed to serve Home Care clients, making health care more accessible for people who live in rural or isolated communities, as well as making Home Care services more readily available and convenient for people with limited mobility, time or transportation.  Telehealth has also been proven to decrease or alleviate frequent re-hospitalizations for patients.
Telehealth is the use of digital information and communication devices, such as computers and tablets, to access health care services remotely and to manage health care.  This new system is easy to use and allows qualified patients to take their own vital signs daily.  It also provides education to patients on their conditions and medications, gives reminders about taking medications, and asks survey questions about how they are feeling at that time.  The data received allows InMyHome clinicians to monitor, triage, and care for patients with alerts and quick responses in real time through video, phone, or text chat.
“We are so excited to be able to offer this service,” said Stephanie Wedel, InMyHome Administrator.  “We are now able to serve people in a whole new way, while still keeping that personal touch that OCCK customers are used to.”
InMyHome works to engage and empower patients to become or remain active in their health with condition-specific education, symptom surveys, and constant communication between the patient, their providers, and their caregivers.  Building this innovative telehealth care program allows InMyHome and OCCK to further their mission of fulfilling individual needs in rural communities in north central Kansas, with the goals of helping people stay healthy and out of hospitals.
Telehealth is a covered service for Medicaid recipients.  Private pay options are also available.
