Mitchell County Community Profile Update

We are getting closer to unveiling the 2015-2016 Mitchell County Community Profile! We are in the final stages of selling advertisements and proof reading the content. Just a reminder of what the profile will entail:
• Provide information on the Chamber
• Overview of the history of Mitchell County
• Highlight historical landmarks
• Identify education options in the area
• Spotlight healthcare resources in Mitchell County
• Recreation
• Economic Development information
• Highlight key local events
This directory will be used as part of the Economic Development outreach, in local motels, by Tourism along with the City for new residents. This glossy booklet shows people why Mitchell County is the kind of place they want to live and work. Currently, there is a lack of material to share that showcases what Mitchell County has to offer.

You have the opportunity to be highlighted in three areas. All Chamber members will be listed in alphabetical order as well as category order at the back of the guide at no charge. Additionally, Chamber members have the exclusive advertising rights to promote your business in this publication.

If you would like to advertise your business in the directory, you can contact the Chamber office at 785-738-2717, email or call Dale Twaddell at 738-7284 to confirm your spot. Dale is working with the Chamber to sell the advertising and get the ad content.

The Chamber is excited to produce a professional directory that will highlight the Chamber members. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
