Meet our Executive Director

The Beloit Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the newly hired Executive Director, Hannah Bowers.

Hannah is originally from Salina and now lives in Beloit with her husband Caleb and her beautiful doggy, Klimt. She has a great passion for community work and is excited to serve the Beloit Area in this new role. Her Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and background in Interior Design give her great experience in the business community, as well as non-profit work in the Salina Arts, relationship building, and community events.

MITCHELL COUNTY STRONG.

Mitchell County Strong started as a collaboration between the Beloit Area Chamber of Commerce, Solomon Valley Community Foundation, and Solomon Valley Economic Development as a way to support local businesses, non-profits, and residents of Mitchell County during the COVID-19 pandemic. What started with a Buy 1, Give 1 program soon expanded to a Disaster Relief Fund, Hungry Hungry Heros program, and an MCS Online Auction.

Mitchell County Strong has since become a platform that will continue working to benefit, promote, and support the communities of Mitchell County. We are #MitchellCountyStrong
